Fleet Verity Connector: Chrome extension privacy policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
What the extension is for
The Fleet Verity Connector extension is for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who use Fleet Verity. While you are signed in to Amazon's DSP site in Chrome, it reads your company's own operational data from that site and sends it to your company's Fleet Verity workspace. It has no other purpose.
What it reads
- Only pages on logistics.amazon.com, Amazon's DSP site, and only with read requests. It never submits a form or changes anything in your Amazon account.
- Four areas of your company's data there: scheduling, work summary, fleet (your vehicles and their inspections), and capacity. This includes your drivers' names and Amazon identifiers, their schedules and hours, and your vehicles.
- Before reading anything, it checks with Amazon that the account you are signed in to is your company's, and stops if it is not.
What it never reads, keeps or sends
- Your Amazon password or authenticator codes.
- Your Amazon cookies or sign-in session. Chrome attaches them to the extension's requests to Amazon, as it does for the page itself; the extension never reads them and never sends them to Fleet Verity or anyone else.
- Any website other than logistics.amazon.com and fleetverity.com, your browsing history, or your other tabs.
What it sends, and to whom
The records it reads are sent over HTTPS to fleetverity.com, into your company's own Fleet Verity workspace, identified by the connector key you paste in. Fleet Verity checks them again against its own list of the fields it accepts before storing them. The data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to decide creditworthiness or lending, and not shared with anyone other than your company's Fleet Verity workspace. How Fleet Verity holds it is governed by Fleet Verity's agreement with your company.
What it stores in your browser
- Your connector key, which is a Fleet Verity credential that reaches only your company's workspace.
- Which Amazon login you said you use (Finance Manager, Operations Manager or Account Manager).
- One sentence about the last pull, and a short log of it, shown in the extension's popup.
These stay in Chrome's storage for the extension on your computer.
Stopping it
- In the extension's settings, press Remove key from this browser.
- In Fleet Verity, under Settings → Amazon Data Connector → Connector keys, revoke the key. It stops working at once, everywhere.
- Remove the extension from Chrome at chrome://extensions.
